What a good software to start learning programming with a brain genius son of 13 years?
A boy was Requested software can I learn how to program computers. He is extremely intelligent and I can see in every state of the art-work to the computer if channeled in the right direction. Any idea what opens with or what kind of literature or software to implement it? He is interested in robotics. A million thanks!
It's a difficult question. I know from experience that the robots can be programmed in a variety of languages different schedule. I would say Visual Basic or C + + for their first language, if they go the route of robotics. Java and HTML are the two languages good starting point, but I have never been used in the field. You can download directly from Microsoft Visual Studio for Visual Basic and C + +. Not sure of good literature for Visual Basic, as I took a course in computer science. for C + +, I recommend "Ivor Horton's beginning, but as C + + Guide. "The beauty of programming is that most follow the same format. Starting so young, if you find one or two languages programming, the rest comes easily.
