How can I make an announcement for my school?
Help! I was asked to do so and the advice of a cleaning service for my thesis. She gave it to me because I'm the artist "and creating" and yes I can draw and make believe that I am creative, but he did not give me any direction on this at all. Everything I have is the number rather than name and slogan. And yes I can work with it, but What program can I use to do this thing? Do I work using the clip art and things? I can not draw, then scan the computer? Should I a digital (original) development and use of this word or what? I thought Photoshop but I have this kind that will not work! Any idea or direction?
