How do I start a career in IT?

I am a recent graduate of Brigham Young University in psychology. After graduation, I looked at my talent and I think better with the appropriate information technology. What is the best way for someone of my background to become a network administrator or a system administrator? Should I go back to school and obtain a degree in information systems, computer programming, or should I just Cisco and Microsoft certification? The fact that I support at all levels, or should I start from scratch? Thank you Justin

With the economy so poor, many jobs require a degree in computer although they will not use what he learned. Start with an A + certification and then consider Cisco or Microsoft certifications. Also get a safety.
