What do you call the method of representing 100% to 1 instead of 100.?
I have a computer program which are various points percentages is stored as x = 100, representing 100% o = 1 corresponds to 100%. Whatever the correct terminology I can use in my variable names to make it clear that representation is a variable. There is no field to resolve a single method in all the misfortunes.
I think it is called "normalized" when you do 100% = 1, 0 = 0%, 50% = 0.5, etc. I do not remember a specific name the other, "non standard" perhaps?
