Masters in CS from a university in Japan?

Hello .. I am doing my studies in computer science in India. I'm in my last year and should be completed before June I want to know what universities in Japan I can follow a master computer, as a student abroad. I heard that the University of Tokyo and Kyoto are the best universities, but other than that, they are mid-level universities.? Do I pass entrance exams for each of them. ? I'm learning Japanese. I intend to be certified at of Nii Kyu. This ease in Japanese universities, letter of recommendation and good enough to be admitted to the masters? . Please please let me know. Thank you
