Which school in California would be better to transfer to the computer?
I go to a community college in West Los Angeles now, and I think in the transfer of computer science in fall 2010. The questions are: Where? What programming language? This are the schools I am considering: UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC Davis, UCSD, Cal State-and they all have different requirements for pre-Bachelor of Computer Science. For example, UCLA reccomendations Studio C + +, while Berkeley and San Diego study suggest Java. I have another semester to decide what college I'm pointing. I wonder if you knew what the school would be the best in terms of the experience of blended learning in social life would be.
As I heard about the program is highly competitive Berkeley social life can be a bit more difficult. The UC Davis program (which I was part of) had excellent instructors. Many teachers are former and current programmers the private sector. The city is very accessible and social life was impressive. UCSD is where my wife is gone and it was a Nice campus, but they were virtually confined to the school unless you had a car. So when he left the campus income was 3 times that I paid, while in college. The final piece of the entry would be Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. The computer program for science and engineering has been considered too high a few years ago. Ultimately, regardless school is you end up going, just make sure you have lots of practice and experience the summer to build your resume. I took summer vacations in the error around and when I graduated I was offered contracts only 6 months across the country. Good luck.
